At Ellese & Co., we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Condition of items:
Returned items must be:

  • unwashed,

  • in their original condition,

  • with all original tags and labels attached,

  • in the original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective, incorrect, or damaged items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping costs.

Change of mind / doesn’t fit / wrong item ordered

If you:

  • ordered the wrong size,

  • ordered the wrong item, or

  • simply changed your mind,

then the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Please note: Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

    Pack the item securely, including all accessories, tags and documents.

  4. Print the return label:
    Once return shipping payment (if applicable) is received, we will email the return label.

  5. Send the parcel:
    Drop off the parcel at the return location indicated in your instructions.

Refund Process

    We inspect all returned items to ensure they meet the return conditions.

  • Refund:
    Once approved, we issue your refund.
    Your bank or payment provider may take up to 7 business days to process the amount.
